I do not accept returns!! This is due to hygiene issues for earrings and how fragile the clay pieces can be.
If there has been a problem during shipping please contact me if you want to find out dates of postage.
I understand that accidents do happen in postage and that even though I try to keep my pieces as protected as possible, they can be damaged during shipping. If a piece arrives damaged or broken please send me a message and we can sort something out!!
If a piece is damaged or lost because of the owner it will not be covered by Dizzy Pots.
